A license must be granted by the developers for use of DebateNet. A license is required for each state which wishes to use DebateNet.
Under the license agreement, DebateNet source code may not be modified without express written permission of the developers for any modification of the source code. Otherwise, all source code modifications must be done by DebateNet developers.
The name "DebateNet" and "DebateWare.com" are trademarks and may not be used without permission. The license agreement grants permission for licensees to use DebateNet on their websites and publications in reference or linking to this program. DebateNet may only be used on one website per license.
